Micah
The prophet Micah in the Old Testament book named after him says:
A society in which the rich and powerful take advantage of the poor and powerless.
A society in which the professional religious leaders are more concerned with power, influence and money than they are the people
A society where the people will not accept Truth but prefer lies.
That society is dooming itself by their own actions regardless of how “religious” they feel they are.
He does not go to great lengths condemning the things we usually have on our list of sins.
